Rules for Staying at the Mini-Hotel “Kyivskyi”

1. General Provisions

1.1 These rules establish the internal order of the “AllureInn” Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the Hotel) for visitors, rules for using the Hotel’s property, the scope of services provided, and the responsibility of the parties.

1.2 The Hotel’s operations are also regulated by the Rules for Using Hotels and Similar Accommodation Facilities and Providing Hotel Services dated March 16, 2004, No. 19, the Law of Ukraine “On Tourism,” and the legislation of Ukraine.

1.3 A room in the Hotel is provided to visitors upon presentation of a passport or a substitute document.

1.4 The accommodation of foreign citizens and stateless persons (hereinafter referred to as foreigners) in Ukrainian hotels is carried out on general grounds upon presentation of their national passports or identity documents.

1.5 If there are available rooms and at the visitor’s request, a room for two or more persons may be provided with full payment for the room’s cost.

2. Rules for Using Hotel Property

2.1 The Hotel provides visitors with furnished rooms equipped with household appliances, plumbing, and other equipment. The Hotel rooms and common areas have modern finishes, engineering networks, equipment, and fittings.

2.2 Visitors must handle the Hotel’s property with care, use the equipment for its intended purpose, and comply with fire safety requirements. In case of damage to property, technical malfunctions, or emergencies (flooding, fire, broken glass, etc.), it is necessary to immediately notify the administrator.

3. Internal Order of Living in the Hotel

3.1 The administrator supervises compliance with the internal order in the Hotel. They provide visitors with explanations regarding the rules of residence and accept complaints from them about the actions of staff and other visitors that violate the established order.

3.2 During registration at the Hotel, visitors receive a key from the administrator for the room provided for their stay. The key is the property of the Hotel and must be returned upon checkout. In case of non-return, its cost is compensated by the visitor according to the Hotel’s established pricing list.

3.3 If visitors store especially valuable items (money, jewelry) that are compact and can be easily taken out, they may keep them in a safe located at the Hotel’s reception. The Hotel administration is not responsible for money and valuables not stored in the safe.

3.4 Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and areas of the Hotel. A fine of UAH 1500 is imposed for smoking in the Hotel’s premises. In the case of repeated smoking in the specified areas, the Hotel administration may evict the visitor.

3.5 Quiet must be maintained inside the Hotel and on the premises from 10 PM to 8 AM.

3.6 Visitors may receive guests from 8 AM to 11 PM. The resident visitor in the room must give consent for guests to come. The resident visitor is responsible for any actions of the guest. The administrator has the right to verify the guest’s documents and may deny entry in cases specified in clause 10 of these rules.

3.7 If a visitor does not wish to be disturbed, they may hang a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door handle, which is included in the room’s amenities. The reverse side of the sign reads “Please Clean!” This sign can be hung if the visitor believes that the room is not adequately cleaned.

3.8 The presence of any animals in the Hotel is prohibited.

3.9 It is prohibited to bring and store firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic devices, and domestic-made devices for shooting cartridges loaded with rubber or similar non-lethal projectiles, as well as ammunition, explosives, and materials that are dangerous to the life and health of citizens and the preservation of their property in the Hotel’s rooms.

4. Energy Conservation

4.1 When leaving the room, all electrical appliances (except for the refrigerator) and lighting must be turned off.

4.2 The use of multi-sockets and extension cords, powerful electrical appliances, including heating devices, is prohibited in the rooms unless these devices are included in the standard equipment of the room or issued for use by the Hotel staff.

4.3 Leaving cold or hot water taps open unnecessarily when leaving the room is unacceptable.

4.4 Electricity consumption is limited. Irrational use may lead to disconnection.

4.5 It is advisable to make internal phone calls within the Hotel using internal numbers consisting of 3 digits.

5. Video Surveillance

5.1 The territory of the Hotel, internal stairs, and corridors are monitored by video cameras. Video surveillance is conducted for the safety of guests, their property, and the Hotel’s property.

6. Check-in and Parking

6.1 Parking is public and free. The owners of vehicles parked on the Hotel’s territory are responsible for their vehicles.

6.2 It is strictly prohibited to leave vehicles at entrances and exits, internal passages, and in other places that may create inconveniences for others.

7. Services Provided by the Hotel

7.1 The Hotel provides basic services included in the accommodation price and additional services provided for a separate fee according to the price list. Without the visitor’s consent, the Hotel cannot provide additional services not stipulated in the contract.

7.2 Basic services include providing a room for accommodation, room cleaning, meals, breakfast, and calling an ambulance.

7.3 The Hotel accepts visitors around the clock. A room is provided for a specified number of guests. If additional visitors need to be accommodated in the room and the room is equipped for their accommodation, such visitors are accepted for an additional fee. Children under 18 can be accommodated in the Hotel with adults (parents or relatives).

7.4 Daily cleaning (dusting, garbage removal, washing glasses and cups, cleaning bathrooms, and changing bedding) is performed daily.

7.5 General cleaning is conducted each time after checkout.

7.6 Towels are changed daily, and bed linens at least once every three days.

7.7 General cleaning (washing windows, cleaning carpets, upholstered furniture) is conducted at least once a quarter.

7.8 Additional services include room service by waiters and other services according to an additional list.

8. Booking and Payment for Services

8.1 Room bookings are preliminary orders made before the start of the day of the planned check-in.

Early check-in (possible only with prior agreement with the Hotel administration) – from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM is charged an additional 100% of the daily accommodation cost (breakfast included).

Early check-in from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM – 50% of the daily accommodation cost (breakfast included).

Late checkout after 12:00 PM and until 8:00 PM is charged an additional 50% of the daily cost.

8.2 Children up to and including 6 years old can stay free of charge in the same room with parents without providing an extra bed. Fees according to the Hotel’s price list apply for accommodating children over 6 years old and adults in an extra bed in the room and for providing extra beds for children under 6.

8.3 Canceling a booking more than 24 hours before the check-in date is free of charge. Reservations can be canceled by sending a request to email XXXXXXXXXX or by phone XXXXXXXXXX.

8.4 In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the check-in date or in the event of no-show, the deposit will not be refunded and will be considered a penalty.

8.5 If a guest notifies the Hotel about an early departure (compared to the booked stay period) less than 24 hours before the actual departure date, the guest is obliged to pay a penalty equivalent to one day’s stay and for the actual services provided.

8.6 By confirming the booking of a room in the Hotel, the guest agrees to the above conditions, including the cancellation policy and rules applicable in case of no-show.

8.7 Prices are indicated in UAH. Payment for accommodation is made in UAH. We accept payment in cash, bank transfer, or credit cards from international payment systems: Visa, MasterCard.

8.8 The room rate includes the tourist tax imposed by the administration of Ukrainian cities.

8.9 In case of a need to refund money to a guest staying at the Hotel, we offer the following options: a deposit for the next visit, or a refund in the same manner as the payment was made (minus 15% if the payment was made by card). In any case, the guest must submit a refund request in the established form (the request is submitted at the hotel reception). A guest who has not checked in but has paid for accommodation must send a written request (by any means), which will be the basis for the refund.

9. Dining

9.1 The cost is included in the room rate and is not subject to additional payment and cannot be compensated in case of refusal.

9.2 Cooking in the room using additional equipment is prohibited.

10. Termination of Visitor Stay in the Hotel. Refusal of Accommodation

10.1 Visitors terminate their stay in the Hotel upon the expiration of the service contract between the guest and the Hotel.

10.2 If a guest violates these rules of residence in the hotel, leading or potentially leading to material damage, or creating inconveniences for the stay of other guests, the Hotel has the right to refuse accommodation or terminate the contract (evict

the guest) without a refund.

10.3 The Hotel administration has the right to refuse accommodation to visitors in case of:

– Unavailability of a free room,
– Not providing proper documents,
– Visitors being in a state of intoxication,
– Violation of public order and peaceful living,
– Other violations of these rules.

10.4 The Hotel administration has the right to check the visitor’s room without prior notice in cases of emergencies (fire, floods, etc.) and in other situations where the health and safety of guests or the Hotel property may be at risk.

11. Final Provisions

11.1 These rules come into effect on the date of approval.

11.2 These rules are subject to publication in a visible place in the Hotel and on the Hotel’s website.
